Blades get goalie Connor Knapp from Rochester

The Florida Everblades received goalie Connor Knapp from Rochester of the AHL on Thursday.

Knapp, 23, has played with Greenville of the ECHL with a 7-7-2 record, a 2.32 goals-against average, and a .933 save percentage.

The Blades lost Scott Stajcer back to Hartford of the AHL.

“Connor is a talented, athletic goalie with great speed and a big frame,” Blades head coach Greg Poss said. “He’s also a very passionate player and will make a great addition to our team.”
